Arenal, Costa Rica: Sky Tram Sky Trek & Sky Walk with Lunch

At the designated time, head to the hotel lobby to meet your driver for a transfer to Sky Park, a private reserve that offers stunning views of Arenal Volcano and Arenal Lake, kicking off your adventure.

Sky Tram – Gondola Panoramic Views: As the Sky Tram gondolas glide smoothly through the rainforest, soak in endless views of the lush surroundings, the volcano, and the lake. This tour is perfect if you want to appreciate nature with minimal physical effort while still experiencing its magic. Your bilingual guide will ride along, pointing out interesting details about the flora and fauna. The tram will take you up to a spacious observation platform at the highest point of the reserve, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Arenal.

Sky Trek – Ultimate Zip Lines: From the observation platform, get ready for an exhilarating ride down the zip line track that stretches across canyons and weaves between treetops. This thrilling zip line adventure will take you back to the starting point at the main building and is considered one of the most exciting zip lines in the country.

Next, return to the base and continue to the Sky Walk – Hanging Bridges. This spectacular guided rainforest exploration features a 2.5-mile (4 km) circuit of suspension bridges and trails that soar above the treetops. During this journey, you’ll connect with the flora and fauna of the forest canopy while admiring nature from a unique perspective. Your naturalist guide will point out fascinating plant and animal life as you walk. Keep in mind that the trails include some uneven surfaces and a few ascents and descents.

Lunch will be served at the park before you head back to the hotel. Enjoy every moment of your adventure.

What to wear/bring recommendations: Light clothing, comfortable closed-toe walking shoes, hat, and sunglasses. You will be visiting the rain forest, where heat and humidity are expected; you may want to consider bringing water (preferably in a refillable container), sunscreen lotion, and insect repellent.
