Our Trip to Peru was Amazing, there are NO WORDS to describe what we saw or did. The Tour Guides and the drivers were AWESOME. The local people were great and very helpful when we needed. Discover the many nature wonders of the Rich Coast, from the Caribbean Jungle to the Rainforest of the Highlands to your choice of a Pacific Coast destination. Join a group of nature enthusiasts and discover the waterways, creeks, and lagoons of the Tortuguero National Park in the Amazon-like region of Costa Rica.
Return to the mainland to meet your private driver for a scenic ride to the Arenal Volcano Park. Enjoy a visit to the Mistico Hanging Bridges for a close look at the Rainforest of the Highlands and a soothing bath at the EcoTermales Hot Springs and Thermal Pools. Continue to the beach of your choice; Tamarindo in the Pacific Northwest or Manuel Antonio in the Southern Pacific. This is another highly recommended one-of-a-kind Costa Rica Holiday Adventure for Friends and Family.
In San Jose
Your EcoAmerica Tours representative will greet you at the airport, assist with your luggage, and provide a private van transfer to the Cariari DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel for an overnight stay.
Early in the morning, depart on a guided tour bus (shared with other guests) and enjoy a scenic drive through Braulio Carrillo National Park en route to the Caribbean lowlands and Tortuguero National Park. Stop for breakfast along the way before boarding a riverboat for a nature cruise through this Amazon-like region of Costa Rica. Upon arrival, check in at Pachira Lodge (or the best available lodge) for a two-night stay, including all meals and the lodge’s activity program. Visit Tortuguero Village and the local museum, or participate in other activities arranged by your host. Spend the rest of the day relaxing by the pool or exploring the lodge’s grounds at your leisure.
After breakfast, join your guide for the Tortuguero National Park Nature Cruise through the park’s creeks, rivers, and lagoons in search of exotic flora and fauna. Look for toucans, monkeys, turtles, herons, caimans, and iguanas, followed by an afternoon trail exploration. The order of activities may vary by lodge.
The rest of the day is at leisure to relax by the pool or explore the lodge’s grounds.
After breakfast at the lodge, get ready for the boat transfer back to the dock and from the dock, to a local restaurant in Guapiles to enjoy lunch.
After lunch, meet your driver for a private transfer to your hotel in the Arenal Volcano National Park area.
Estimated driving time: 2:25 Hours
Upon arrival, check in at the Magic Mountain Hotel for a two-night stay in a Superior Volcano View Room. Spend the rest of the day relaxing by the pool or exploring the hotel grounds.
Enjoy breakfast at your hotel, then take a van transfer to Mistico Park Hanging Bridges Natural History Walk with certified Naturalist Guides. Return to the hotel and spend the afternoon at leisure, relaxing by the pool or exploring the town of La Fortuna.
In the early evening, visit Ecotermales Hot Springs for a relaxing soak and enjoy a typical Costa Rican dinner before returning to your hotel.
After an early breakfast at the hotel, meet your local driver for a shared van transfer to your selected beach for a three-night stay. The remainder of the day is at leisure to enjoy the pool or the beach.

Enjoy these days at leisure to explore the grounds and surroundings, or simply relax by the pool or at the beach while admiring the fantastic ocean views and the exuberant nature around you.
From Tamarindo: At the designated time, please proceed to the lobby of your hotel to meet your driver for a private transfer to the Liberia International Airport and check-in for your homebound flight.
Estimated driving time: 1:30 Hours
From Manuel Antonio: At the appropriate time, enjoy a departure transfer from Manuel Antonio to the Quepos Airstrip for a 30-minute panoramic flight to San Jose International Airport.
Important Note: If your flight out of San Jose is in the early morning, it may be necessary to spend an extra night at a hotel near the San Jose airport; an extra charge will apply.
