EcoAmerica Tours put together a one of a kind trip for me that I took in June/July 2015. I traveled alone and I am a young female. I felt safe and had each day of my vacation planned out for me with a guide and a driver at minimal cost.
We toured the Doka coffee plantation and La Paz Waterfall gardens with Homer, and we were treated to way more than we could have imagined. Great knowledge of local flora, fauna, history, and a wonderful person overall. A wonderful day in the cloud forest!

This adventure vacation program offers a comprehensive look at some of the best destinations in the country. Enjoy the cosmopolitan atmosphere of Panama City, with its unique blend of historic colonial quarters and modern districts. Discover the serene beauty of the cloud forest in Boquete Township, located in the popular Chiriquí region of the Panamanian highlands. Experience a scenic journey from the mountains to the Caribbean coast.
Relax and unwind in the Bocas del Toro Islands, where you can soak up the sun on pristine beaches and immerse yourself in the laid-back Caribbean ambiance.

Meet-and-greet service at Panama City International Airport, followed by a transfer to the hotel of your choice for a two-night stay.
Accommodation Options:
Enjoy breakfast at your hotel. Afterwards, meet your guide in the lobby for your private city excursion and a visit to the Panama Canal. You will return to your hotel in the afternoon.
Breakfast at the hotel. At the appropriate time, transfer to Albrook Airport for your flight to the Pacific Northwest coastal city of David (airfare is included). Upon arrival in David, meet your local driver for a private transfer to Boquete, located in the highlands of Chiriqui, for a three-night stay at the hotel of your choice. The remainder of the day is at your leisure to begin enjoying Boquete at your own pace.

Today, enjoy an immersive coffee tour at Iwanna Panama Coffee Farm. After the tour, and if it is Tuesday, you will also visit the local market. You may also want to visit one of the local horse farms, which are very popular in the Boquete area.
Spend the day at your leisure in Boquete, exploring on your own or simply relaxing.
Early in the morning, you will embark on a magnificent journey over the mountains and down to the Caribbean coast. This scenic shared van ride takes approximately 4 to 5 hours. Along the way, you will have the opportunity to step out, stretch your legs, and take in the beautiful surroundings.
As you travel, you will experience a mix of cultures, including Afro-Caribbean, Ngäbe Indigenous, and European descendants. Upon arrival in the town of Almirante, your boat will be waiting for an aquatic transfer to the hotel of your choice, where you will enjoy a three-night stay.
The rest of the day is yours to enjoy this Caribbean archipelago of more than 20 islands.
Accommodation Options:
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Afterward, meet your guide for a boat excursion to one of the nearby keys for a snorkeling adventure, with lunch included at a local thatched-roof restaurant over the water. The rest of the day is at leisure to enjoy the beach.
Free day in Bocas to enjoy the beach or explore the village at your own pace.
Breakfast at the hotel. At the appropriate time, transfer to the local airport for your flight back to Albrook Airport in Panama City (local airfare is included). Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel of your choice for an overnight stay. The rest of the day is at leisure or available for last-minute shopping.
Accommodation Options:
At the appropriate time, you will be provided with a private transfer to the international airport to check in for your homebound flight.
