We toured the Doka coffee plantation and La Paz Waterfall gardens with Homer, and we were treated to way more than we could have imagined. Great knowledge of local flora, fauna, history, and a wonderful person overall. A wonderful day in the cloud forest!

In Lima
Meet-and-greet service at the airport, followed by a comfortable van transfer to the hotel of your choice for a two-night stay with breakfast included.
Accommodation Options:
Your guide will pick you up from your hotel to start your Lima City Tour and visit to the Larco Museum. At the end of the tour, you will be taken back to your hotel.
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before transferring to Lima airport for your departing flight to Arequipa (airfare not included – we recommend booking a flight that arrives in Arequipa by 11:00 AM or earlier). Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your selected hotel for an overnight stay, with breakfast included. The remainder of the morning is at leisure, allowing time to adjust to the Andean altitude. Spend the afternoon enjoying a Private Discovery of Arequipa.

Important Note: Dress code for visiting churches: pants, long shorts, or skirts that cover the knees; otherwise, entry will not be allowed.
Early in the morning, you will be picked up from your hotel to begin the journey to Chivay. The route follows a scenic paved road through the Aguada Blanca National Reserve in Pampa Canahuas, where you may spot vicunas roaming freely in their natural habitat. A brief stop in Patahuasi offers a chance to enjoy local herbal infusions and use the restroom facilities.
The journey then continues through Viscachani and the Toccra wetlands, home to alpacas, vicunas, and a variety of migratory birds. Next, you will reach Patapampa and the Andes Viewpoint at 4,910 meters above sea level, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding volcanic range. From there, begin your descent to the town of Chivay, arriving around midday. After lunch, you will be transferred to your hotel. If you are staying in Chivay, you can visit the La Calera thermal pools in the afternoon and relax in the warm waters for about an hour. The evening is yours to enjoy at leisure, with dinner on your own.
Accommodation options:
Early in the morning, your driver will pick you up to begin the journey. The first stop is the main square of Yanque, followed by a visit to admire the magnificent flight of the Andean condors.
On the way back, stop at several scenic lookouts before arriving in the town of Maca. Then, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant in Chivay. After lunch, depart for Puno, a journey that takes approximately five and a half hours. Along the way, make a brief stop in Patahuasi, where restroom facilities are available, and continue to the Lagunillas viewpoint, where you may see migratory birds such as flamingos. Upon arrival in Puno, you will be transferred to your hotel.
Accommodation options:
After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy a full-day semiprivate boat excursion on Lake Titicaca. Later, enjoy a delicious lunch before returning to Puno.
Important Note: This service is semi-private, conducted on a shared boat with other passengers but accompanied by a private guide.
Full-day Andean Crossing to Cusco by tour bus, with several stops along the way to visit Andahuaylillas Chapel, the Temple of Wiracocha, and the Pucara Museum. Lunch included.
Then, you will arrive in Cusco by late afternoon for a three-night stay at the hotel of your choice, with breakfast included.

Important Note: Because this service is shared, the pickup window may extend up to 30 minutes beyond the scheduled start time.
The morning is at leisure to enjoy Cusco at your own pace. In the afternoon, enjoy a private Cusco City Tour & Sacsayhuaman Archaeological Park, the former capital of the Inca Empire. After the visit, you will return to your hotel.
Important Note: Visitors are not permitted to enter religious sites wearing shorts. Photography is not allowed inside the Cathedral.
You’ll have a free day to continue exploring the charming city of Cusco at your own pace.
In the morning, you will be picked up from your hotel in Cusco for a guided visit to Chinchero, the Yucay Living Museum, and the Ollantaytambo Fortress. Lunch is included.
At the end of the activity, you will be transferred to your hotel. Enjoy an overnight stay in the Sacred Valley at the hotel of your choice, with breakfast included.
Accommodation options:
After breakfast at your hotel, you’ll be transferred to the train station to board the train to Aguas Calientes. During the journey, we will pass several notable landmarks in the Sacred Valley of the Incas, including the hanging bridge that marks the beginning of the Inca Trail. The railway follows the course of the Urubamba River, also known as the Vilcanota River, descending into a canyon as we approach Aguas Calientes, the town located at the foot of Machu Picchu Mountain.
Upon arrival, we will disembark and board a minibus that will take us up the winding road to Machu Picchu, the Sacred Citadel of the Incas and one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. Enjoy a guided tour of Machu Picchu, followed by lunch at a local restaurant, before beginning your return to Cusco by train / van. Arrival is expected in the late afternoon, with transfer to your hotel upon arrival.
Accommodation options:
At the appropriate time, you will be transferred to the Cusco airport to check in for your flight to Lima (airfare not included).
