SARAPIQUI / CARIBBEAN RAIN FOREST, COSTA RICA
In Sarapiqui: Tirimbina Jungle Lodge is an educational, scientific and ecotourism destination, located between the forests and rivers of the northern region of Costa Rica. Tirimbina offers education programs for primary schools, high schools and university students, as well as facilities for study groups, volunteers and researchers, highlighting the biodiversity and conservation of the rainforest. The Lodge is located next to the Sarapiqui River and is surrounded by lush gardens. Each of the rooms included in the EcoAmerica Tours journeys are equipped with A/C, private bathroom, hot water, Wi-Fi, telephone, radio alarm clock and a small, private terrace with rocking chairs and view of our gardens. Here you may observe a variety of birds, amongst which the elusive and beautiful Black-crested Coquette hummingbird.
